Birth Doula
As a birth doula it is Kirsten’s goal to advocate for and empower every birthing individual who seeks her support. However you choose to bring your baby into the world is valid and deserves educated and unbiased support.
Before the birth, Kirsten will help you with your birth plan and help you prepare yourself birth. During the birth, Kirsten will support you by answering questions, explaining procedures, emotional support, physical support, gentle massage to help with relaxation, applying pressure to relieve pain and to be your advocate in the birthing space.
After the birth Kirsten will give you space to bond with your baby during that golden hour. If desired Kirsten will assist you with baby’s first latch.
Package Includes:
2 - Two hour in person prenatal visits
My presence and support at your birth
2 - Two hour in person postpartum visits
